Hi there! I'm Angie, and I've been helping companies create more accessible physical places and digital spaces for over twenty years. As an ADA consultant and attorney, I understand the challenges of maintaining compliance with accessibility regulations. I'm excited to share my expertise and help you protect your business from potential legal risks, create a more accessible online and physical presence, and maintain that accessibility! I have two goals: 1) to ensure people with disabilities have access to more physical places and digital spaces, and 2) to empower small businesses and content creators by providing them with the information they need to assess and implement accessibility features and feel confident in their compliance. What People Are Saying About This Course

Discover how this course is helping small businesses owners create more accessible physical places and digital spaces.

I was terrified about an ADA lawsuit after hearing horror stories from other restaurant owners. This course broke everything down into manageable steps. Updated my website, trained my staff, and made simple physical modifications. Haven't had any issues since, and I actually gained new regular customers who appreciated the accessible features. Best $99 I've spent on my business this year.
Maria S.

Restaurant Owner

As a small retail clothing business (online and in store), I was overwhelmed by ADA requirements until I found this course. Angie explained everything in plain English, no legal jargon. I bought the course bundle for websites and stores. The website course alone saved me from potential problems - my old site was a mess! Now I'm confident I'm protecting my business online and in person.
Linda R.

Boutique Owner

Honestly didn't think ADA applied much to my shop until a customer in a wheelchair couldn't get inside our waiting room. This course opened my eyes to so many simple fixes I could make. Added a ramp, fixed my website's color contrast, and updated my service forms. The course paid for itself when I landed a contract with the city fleet because of my accessibility improvements."
Jake T.

Auto Body Shop Owner

This course was a wake-up call. I thought having an accessible table was enough, but I was missing so many basics. The step-by-step approach made it easy to tackle one area at a time without shutting down my business. Highly recommend to any small business owner.
Tommy K.

Coffee Shop Owner

After 15 years in business, I thought I knew what I was doing. This course showed me how many customers I was accidentally excluding. The digital accessibility course was especially helpful - my online booking system was impossible for screen readers to use! Fixed everything within a month and have seen more diverse clientele ever since. Worth every penny."

FAQs

Question: Does taking one of your online courses (and implementing the suggestions) guarantee my website or business will be 100% accessible? Answer: No. When it comes to accessibility compliance, there is no such thing as "100% accessible" or a "perfect" score. Be wary of any company making such promises. However, if you commit to: 1) learning our content, 2) assessing your physical places and digital spaces by following the downloadable Quick Guides and Checklists, and 3) implementing the suggestions, you will improve your website's accessibility and improve its usability for people with disabilities and likely everyone else who visits. Question: Do you provide refunds for online courses? Answer: No. Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, once a purchase has been completed, it is final. Question: When will your other courses be available to purchase? Answer: We hope to have all courses currently in "Preorder" status ready for "Order Now" status sometime in September 2025.
