As an ADA consultant and attorney, I understand the challenges of maintaining compliance with accessibility regulations. Question: Does taking one of your online courses (and implementing the suggestions) guarantee my website or business will be 100% accessible? Answer: No. When it comes to accessibility compliance, there is no such thing as "100% accessible" or a "perfect" score. Be wary of any company making such promises. However, if you commit to: 1) learning our content, 2) assessing your physical places and digital spaces by following the downloadable Quick Guides and Checklists, and 3) implementing the suggestions, you will improve your website's accessibility and improve its usability for people with disabilities and likely everyone else who visits.
